4. Refund Policy: Refunds for the paid version are applicable only if the user has not attempted the mock MCQ Paper. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after purchase. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Promotional Discount: Users can enjoy a 50% discount on the paid version by promoting AMC Wise’s free MCQ bank on social media. To qualify for the discount, users must follow the specified promotion guidelines. AMC Wise reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time.
6. User Conduct: Users agree to use AMC Wise for lawful and ethical purposes. Any misuse, including but not limited to unauthorized access, distribution of malicious content, or interference with the platform’s functionality, is strictly prohibited.
7. Modifications to Terms: AMC Wise reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Termination of Access: AMC Wise reserves the right to terminate or restrict user access to the platform at its discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these terms and conditions.
